We charge an application fee of $50 per applicant, a deposit of $200, and an administration fee of $150. The application fee is non-refundable upon application, the deposit and admin fee are non-refundable upon approval.

Our screening guidelines include credit history, criminal history, income qualification, and rental/address qualification. For detailed qualifications, click here. We currently do not participate in the voluntary Section 8 Voucher program.

Typical lease terms are 3-13 months, but longer terms might be available.

Residents are responsible for electricity, water, sewer, trash, and pest control. Costs are variable dependent on usage and/or bill back. Utility processing fee = $3.50 per month.

An assigned garage parking spot is available for $50/month. Please contact the leasing office for more details and availability.

We offer an extensive list of services for residents including online rent payment, on-site maintenance, 24 hour emergency maintenance, professional on-site management and more.

Furnished apartments are not available, but Bigos Management is happy to point you in the right direction for local furniture options.

No, we do not offer corporate housing at this time.

You are required throughout the term of your lease to purchase and maintain a renters personal liability policy with liability coverage of $100,000.

While we only require personal liability insurance, we highly recommend you obtain coverage for your personal property as well.
